DISA is responsible for the DoD Information Network’s (DoDIN) 20 year plan. Embedded in the plan is heavy dependency of Semantic Web technology introduced to DoD specifically to enable them to roll up financial data from point of origin. DISA will be utilizing the NSA’s Semantic Based RDK 2.2 currently used for DoDIN security situational awareness as a solution for the DoDIN Big Data Analytics “problem”.
Eric works in IT strategic planning for the Defense Information Systems Agency. Prior to his government work, he was a technology consultant providing strategic planning, program management and IT governance consultation to public sector clients. Besides doing consultative work, he has held management and line responsibilities in finance, business development and marketing.
