In the fall of 2014, INC Research embarked on an Agile Data Architecture effort to build the Enterprise Data Model and set the foundation for its next phase. This presentation will chronicle how we leveraged the Agile Principles in three phases.
  • Gather
    • Define the spring, select business participants and structure the agile support team.
  • Evolve
    • Select the existing body of data knowledge. Prune, enrich and extend it.
  • Consume
    • Define the bridge from the existing data resources to the new structures and publish and promote the resulting work products.
Project success isn't producing the deliverables; it is affecting positive change to the organization. This is the story of how we changed the company using Agile Data Architecture.
