After one year of using it we stepped back and did a maturity assessment and made adjustments to the details of the DMBOK wheel, "making it our own". \nThe DMBOK was effective for describing the many facets of information responsibilities as well as tasks needed to mature our organization.  As a non-profit we need to be clever about affecting change and working with a limited budget. This presentation will:\nProvide a quick review of the wedges of the DMBOK\nShare the Maturity Assessment measures we developed\nA workshop technique we used to engage our internal partners\nRevisions we made – and using it for Staffing and annual goal setting\nAttendees will go back to their environment with techniques to leverage this robust framework.
