Deploying a context-driven knowledge management infrastructure is easy. All you need is the language ontology. The hard part is getting the language ontology, but they are available.
Mr. Reid oversees all business development and sales for Expert System in the Northeast US and Canadian markets. He has extensive software industry experience including helping build new markets and revenue focused on search, automated metadata extraction, taxonomy creation, knowledge management and semantic technologies. Prior to his tenure at Expert System, he helped create new markets for companies including Creative Virtual, SAS and BMC Software. John holds a B.A. in Economics from Loyola University of Chicago.
