A Data Governance Exercise: An Individual Effort vs a Team Effort

The goal of the Data Governance Exercise is to present attendees with a set of data and interactively evaluate the data individually, then re-evaluated in small teams. Attendees will learn:

The value of analyzing Data Governance issues as part of a team, rather than individually.
A process in which to sell their home user communities on Data Governance (take this exercise home with you)
A means to operate a Data Governance committee that focuses on collaboration and keeping the mission statement of Governance in mind
